Glad I don't live here...

Yeah, visiting fam over the month of October was cool as shit, but I'm certainly glad I live in the land of sun rather than rain and snow... I can only take so much. I put my time in back east dealing with 5-6 months of shit weather out of a year!

Well looky what we have here...

Yup, I'm actually still amongst the living, I swear! Tons been happening since the big show in September. Spent the month of October recuperating and now shit's coming together again in a big way. Picked up a '56 panhead recently that'll be making its way to the barn over the next few weeks when I find time to drive out east to get it. Trent over at Atomic built her and I fell in love with the thing the first time I saw it back in July when he finished. Then out of nowhere it came up for sale, and I scrambled to pull a few things together and pile some cash! The things an addict will do...

Also been cleaning and reorganizing the shop. Shit was so out of sorts that I couldn't get any work done, so I finally dove in last weekend and this to get it back to working condition -

Got all my machines in one place finally too!

Add a new lift and we're off to the races...

I know, I know, now let's see if I actually finish some stuff right? We'll see...

The grind...

Yep, it's that time of year when I'm up against father time and getting the short end of the stick! Our industry conference happens the first week of September, and the amount of crap I'm trying to get accomplished to make that happen is unreal! We'll get it, but that means no paying attention to this crap for a while.

I did get the oil pressure gauge replaced on the shovel along with polishing the bars, so I'm back on the road.

Anywho... I'll catch you folks on the flipside once all this havoc is past.

So, my man Ricky Pearson took this shot of a particulary cool soccer team in Texas and I felt the need to show it off here. I think they're sponsored by Elm St. Tattoo and they look like a fun bunch to hang with. I watched the "road to stardom" documentary on the US women's olympic team and thought it was cool. A tough road to hoe for sure... Props to Ricky for his great photog skills and props to the girls for winning!
